First time car buyer Received a friendly greeting from the sales man upon entering. Who helped through the entire purchase. I was nervous as this was my first time buying a car but Chuck was there assuring me I was gonna be taken care of. Received a great price for my trade-in. Love my new car!!! B E W A R E! If I could give them NO stars I would, but you have to choose at least one star in order to post a review and the innocent, not too savvy about cars p If I could give them NO stars I would, but you have to choose at least one star in order to post a review and the innocent, not too savvy about cars people need to know the truth. - HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT - Beware of the "buy 3 tires, get 1 for a $1." They divide the value of the 4th tire up into the cost of the other 3. The entire service drive team are a bunch of scam artists including the repair techs. Also, Manny (the director) will not honor the price match guarantee and the "buy 3 tires, get 1 for a $1 coupon" on the same transaction as "he's loosing money if he does." (words from his mouth). Oh, and of course the cashiers were the nicest of them all. Go figure! ELDERLY ESPECIALLY, PLEASE BEWARE. The service department gave me a quote for the wrong sized tire. I overpaid about $200 in tires. Jennifer, the service advisor, is a CON. They're all aware that they are ripping you off and they work as a team to rob you blind. Also, time is not of the essence with them. I spent 5 miserable hours here mainly negotiating with Jennifer and Manny in regards to lowering the price of $202.52 for the wrong tire that was being sold online for $189.99; when in all actuality the tire they put on my car was a completely different tire and it was being sold $130 online. ***Fortunately, they picked the right customer to run their scheme on. I called Toyota, spoke to Jennifer . . . poor ol' Jennifer ;) . . . and then Manny and after many phone calls, I got the buy 3, get one for a dollar coupon and the price match guarantee all on one transaction and I was refunded back the money that I overpaid for my tires. I will NEVER have my car serviced here AGAIN! I will not recommend them to a stranger or a friend! Oh and get this, I came here for a simple oil change. After paying a bill of 750 some odd dollars, my car was returned to me with over priced tires and the "MAINTENANCE REQUIRED NOTIFICATION" still on! -KMA B E W A R E! More

My sales woman was Ikram Benrahou and she listened to my guidelines for the type of car, mileage and what I could afford. I ended up purchasing the first car she showed me and am very happy with my car. Ikram Benrahou looks out for the customer and when something is not right, she will get it corrected!
