Excellent Customer Service I'd been looking for a 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum for over 2 months. I contacted nearly all the dealerships in the Central Florida area. I'd been looking for a 2015 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum for over 2 months. I contacted nearly all the dealerships in the Central Florida area. Not one of those dealerships came close to the level of professionalism, attention to detail or customer service like Daytona Toyota. Ash made all the difference in our deal to obtain this beautiful vehicle. His dedication and attention to details are unparalleled. Ash and Daytona Toyota were the only dealership within a 50-mile radius willing to work with my bottom line price. My husband and I were treated with dignity and respect. They knew we're well informed customers. Ash had the vehicle and paperwork ready for us as soon as we walked in. Now that's efficiency! In the end, I have the vehicle I wanted in the colors (interior/exterior) I wanted and most importantly the price I wanted to pay. Awesome sales and management people. I wanted a V8 Tundra and couldn't afford a new one and after Mark Pugh listened to me he suggested a 2014 Tundra SR5 V8 they had got in a trade the da I wanted a V8 Tundra and couldn't afford a new one and after Mark Pugh listened to me he suggested a 2014 Tundra SR5 V8 they had got in a trade the day before. It was still out of my payment range and Mark went to Patrick Mcguire. Patrick wanted to know what it would take to close the deal. I told him no down payment, no payment over 550 instead of their offer of 3000 down and payments of 679. We took the truck for a road test and when we got back Patrick had our deal ready to go. I was wowed by how hard both Mark and Patrick worked on our behalf? They passed us off to the finance man, Serge Nash and since my lady was getting impatient Serge rocked the paperwork out like he was on fire. We added the extended warranty on the truck for 7 years after the manufacturer warranty expires, including tire and road hazzard protection. In the end I'm going to be making payments of 50 more than I wanted but I got my dream come true truck. A side note is that the safety features of my Tundra were so good I saved 30 a month on my car insurance, I traded a 2013 Grand Touring Mazda Miata. I will miss that little car but I gotta says thanks to you Daytona Toyota for rocking my world.
