Not an honorable company I showed my sales rep the truck I wanted from his own web site, from there we negotiated a trade in amount for my car,they said they would give me dou I showed my sales rep the truck I wanted from his own web site, from there we negotiated a trade in amount for my car,they said they would give me double the value per their advertisement. They wanted to charge me an additional certification fee because it was an "internet sale",we negotiated that as well. When I get to the closing,suddenly the truck I'm purchasing is $5000 more,when I brought this to their attention they tell me they are going by the sticker price not the Internet price, even though that's what we negotiated from the beginning. To top it off they have the nerve to say "we did get your payments where you wanted them"...REALLLY!! So they decide to honor the Internet price but reduce my trade by $2000 at the closing,UNBELIEVABLE!! I already had five hours invested in purchasing the truck,my girlfriends heart was set on it so I reluctantly took the deal. It will be the last deal they will ever get from me nor will I recommend them. I will say the person doing my financing handled the situation very professionaly,as far as the rest of my experience,I consider this dealership very shady and very unprofessional. More

They even E-mailed to remind me of my appointment. When I arrived Howard was ready with my paperwork. He told me about the window tint special so I decided to have it done. The shuttle van brought me home and picked me up when my car was done. The window tint looked fabulous and when I got in my car it felt much cooler . Thanks for the great service..Also, love the free hotdogs! More
The sales Rep( clayton) is a liar, promess stuff not giving! I Bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler 3 Month a go with a sales( Clayton Brown), around 11:00pm I left the dealer and when we got home my husband notice that I Bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler 3 Month a go with a sales( Clayton Brown), around 11:00pm I left the dealer and when we got home my husband notice that I have no tag, I when the next day and spoke with Mr. Brown about the tag, and also we notice that my Ignition Key was bad and the picture are rubbed off , also the front bumper was dented on the left side , and in my Parking in lot notice oil the my car was leaking from somewhere and Mr. Brown got his manager attention and they both was agree to fix the leaking, to give the spare key which was in another dealer and they loose it, and to fix the bumper. With Mr. Serge Nash we sign all the paper for the sale and also he suggested for us to buy the extended warranty which we did. after 3 months I called the dealer cause nobody contact me and finally I got my car fix thru the extended warranty, not the dealer promise but I didn't has the spare key or the bumper fix, Mr. Brown called me today with attitude and nasty treatment stating we never talk about the spear key or the bumper. I don't recommended for anybody to buy a used car in the Daytona Toyota. More

NO BRAKES on 3/21/15 had rear calipers installed on my 2010 sienna,after paying $417.00 left the dealer with literally no brakes,called and was told to come bac on 3/21/15 had rear calipers installed on my 2010 sienna,after paying $417.00 left the dealer with literally no brakes,called and was told to come back the next day,a 12 mile trip with very low and very scary brakes,was told it was a bad crush washer on the brake line attaching to one of the calipers.I asked if they road tested the vehicle and was assured they did,I highly doubt that because I had a collapsing pedal as soon as I left the dealer,I thought it was air in the line after bleeding and would work itself out.Being here from PA.and coming to Ormond by the sea every year, I will use a local car repair in the future if needed,thought a dealer would be more reliable,boy was I wrong! More
