Don’t trust their “Certified” cars! I test drove one of their “Certified” 2016 Highlanders. I asked the Salesman, “Tell me what is wrong with this car” (since it had been on the lot for I test drove one of their “Certified” 2016 Highlanders. I asked the Salesman, “Tell me what is wrong with this car” (since it had been on the lot for a while) and he said “Nothing”. After the test drive, he went inside. FORTUNATELY, I looked under the hood! The battery connectors were corroded. Then, I saw that hose clamps were corroded, the hood latch spring was corroded, the chipped paint was rusting, the spare tire rim was rusting, and the aluminum engine was showing signs of oxidizing. The Toyota “Certified” program says that one of the many items they check is “NO battery corrosion”. The dealership did not follow through with inspecting and fixing this car. And, whoever buys one of their rusty vehicles will probably be in deep trouble because my guess is that corrosion issues will not be covered! Read the warranty fine print, and it says airborne pollutants and salt/water should be washed away every day. Really?? Good luck if you live near the beach. Please glance under the hood, or have your mechanic check it out, before you sign. More

Best car buying experience ever! I worked with a number of Toyota dealers in central and south Florida looking for specific color Camry hybrid 2018 and specific price (after doing a l I worked with a number of Toyota dealers in central and south Florida looking for specific color Camry hybrid 2018 and specific price (after doing a lot of research). No other dealer was even close to the deal Daytona Toyota offered! This was all done via phone and emails with DJ and Remi, who were delightful to work with. We got a call saying our new car was in EARLY, and the next day drove there. The dealership experience was wonderful. From the moment we drove up, someone greeted us, calls Remi for us and away we went. He confirmed what we had agreed on, talks about the car and warranty with dealership, had the finance man go efficiently thru the paperwork, and we were soon being shown the amazing things about our new car by Remi. At no time was there any pressure, no second guessing what was agreed upon...A TOTAL GREAT EXPERIENCE. Would work with Daytona Toyota, and Remi again, and have already recommended,them to others. More
