I was always terrified of going into a dealership because I didn't want to get scammed...but I can say that Adam never mad What an amazing experience! From the first moment we spoke I felt like I was talking to a friend. He was so friendly and pacient and got me the deal I was looking for. I'm so happy we decided to go to Daytona Toyota even though we had 3 other Toyota dealers much closer! I will definitely be coming back here next time we are in the market for a new Toyota! More

They have proved that the typical "car salesman" tactics may be a thing of the past. At least it appears to be at Daytona Toyota. Sadly and I mean this. We were not able to get to a price on a used sporty vehicle they were advertising on line. But the service didn't stop at my saying no. Jeff offered to run a car fax for the vehicle I was interested in to make sure it was truly clean. This speaks volumes. Thank you Jeff for being a gentlemen and to you Jermaine for not only being respectful, but for a lighthearted sales experience. Overall positive experience I went to Daytona Toyota with the intention of looking at 1 particular vehicle as opposed to going to look at many vehicles. Frank (my salesman) was not pushy and neither was the sales manager Carl. The experience was 5 star worthy until I had to wait over an hour until I could sit down with finance. Once I finally did sit down with finance the experience was again a good one. So overall it was good, but the inordinate amount of time waiting to see finance made it 4 star worthy. That said, I would go back to buy another vehicle from them without hesitation. More

Awesome experience! My car buying experience began very badly at another Toyota dealer. I wasn't very hopeful about going to another one but couldn't find what I wanted My car buying experience began very badly at another Toyota dealer. I wasn't very hopeful about going to another one but couldn't find what I wanted at any other dealer. Our sales person, Chuck, was fantastic from the beginning. Very enthusiastic about my being able to find the car I wanted for me. Made me feel comfortable, never talked down to me or over my head (My nephew and brother-in-law were with me and most salesmen at other dealers talked to them, not me). The "negotiation" part was brief and and to the point - DJ was very knowledgeable and nice. There was a wait to complete the purchase but Chuck was always there to be sure to let us know what was going on, to be sure we were comfortable. The finance manager explained everything clearly and concisely. Can't say enough good things about Chuck - he made buying a car actually a very pleasant experience! Wish there were more like him!!! More
