A++ for Daytona toyota, no high pressure sales. I found this dealership through internet search. Even though 100 miles away from my home, since they had the exact car and color that i was looking for, i co this dealership through internet search. Craig Lattz replied back within hours, and we started negotiating the deal. He worked very hard to get the deal i had in my mind. Jeff worked well with me. I like his style. Since I am a snow bird from NY (where coldly I am presently), we had to be sure NY/Fl details were worked out. Jeff made himself available to help me in person and over the phone., after the sale. Jeff was friendly, and attentive to what concerns I had, and still have. He made me feel that as a customer, I really mattered. I have a concern, although it is not directly tied to Jeff. That is, I can't seem to get a clear answer to when will I get my title for the 2012 Camry I bought 3 weeks ago today. I need to register this car pronto while I'm NY ; I will be returning to Fl right after Jan 1st. Also, kudos to your service Dept. I wish could remember the names of the woman and man, different times, who helped me. If you want, when I'm again at Day Toyota I'll try to get their names. Lastly, because I didn't have my new smart phone yet when I bought the Camry and that I had to return to NY within a few days, Jeff said he would help with my understanding Bluetooth, and how my new I Phone will interact with Bluetooth. We have an app't to do that around 10:00-10:00 am. That's it for now except to say I'm high on Daytona Toyota. More
Craig was fantastic! When we were first speaking to him, he brought JB out because we wanted to see about a price reduction. JB was AWFUL! The absolute worst person I have ever dealt with at any dealershi he brought JB out because we wanted to see about a price reduction. JB was AWFUL! The absolute worst person I have ever dealt with at any dealership in my entire life. Not exaggerating in the least. If JB had been our sales person, we would have walked away instantly. Craig was the only reason we ended up going through with the sale. He listened to us, understood our needs and understood our situation. He has great people skills and we would definitely work with him in the future. I would NEVER do business with JB. He does not have the right skills to work with the public. In spite of JB's unprofessional behavior, Craig was excellent. Thank you Craig! More
My search for a new truck started on the internet. Craig went above and beyond answering my questions, finding the exact truck i wanted and had the best price. I even took his price to another Toyota deale went above and beyond answering my questions, finding the exact truck i wanted and had the best price. I even took his price to another Toyota dealership that said they had a "Price Match Garantee", and they wouldnt match it. Once i arrived at the dealership to purchase/pick up the truck everyone was extremly freindy, i couldnt tell you how many times i had to turn down there offer for water or a soda. Great expereance, i will defently return to Daytona Toyota when im ready for another vehicle. More
