Buying a new car with Jermaine Lewis Our salesman was usually Larry Ollinger. When we came in this time to "look around" Larry was not available and we were introduced to Jermaine Lewis. Our salesman was usually Larry Ollinger. When we came in this time to "look around" Larry was not available and we were introduced to Jermaine Lewis. I hesitated , but as we stood debating we were aware of a young man with a smiling face and a twinkle in his eye. Hey, let's look around with Jermaine! He was well informed, kind, with a great personality, easy to deal with and never pushy!! Surprise! He helped us find "our" new car by really listening to us and worked with a sincerity we don't often find in sales personnel. Jermaine is our guy! We know if we need anything he will lead us in the right direction. Thanks with a pat on the back to a great guy. More

Randy in accessories was very helpful getting me the right mats for my car and Rodney in financing helped me choose the right options for me without pressuring me to buy more packages. Abused Met with first salesman and took test drive I liked the car and was interested I am initial offer. I informed first salesman we had just started shopp Met with first salesman and took test drive I liked the car and was interested I am initial offer. I informed first salesman we had just started shopping and wanted to look at a Honda for comparison I was sent over to second level salesman should wanted to know shy I wanted to see any other car again repeated that I was still comparison shopping. Third sales manager, by name of Gary Mcoombs then came over and started to close us. We again repeated that we had just started to chop and wanted to test drive other brands this man was rude and pressuring. I again informed him I was not ready to buy today and was comparison shopping. The behavior of this man was so offensive, that he needs some additional trading at the least. I will never set foot in this dealership again. They lost a sale. More

Bummer We found the car we would have bought but just couldn’t get a straight answer on cost so we decide that the dealership wasn’t for us. We liked our salesman but he brought the manager in right away and he didn’t seem to care what I was asking for and wouldnt give a straight answer on cost. I asked for cost 5 times and got what fiancing would be and only figured that out it wasn’t the cost number until after I asked for spread sheet to review numbers myself. The way they explain 1 yr wrap and 7 yr wrap is extremely confusing as well. Bummed we could not just get a straight answer so we can work out deal to buy the car we liked. More
