They sold us a used car with dry rotted tires and bad brakes. We took the car back with the same complaint "shakes and squeaks when braking" more than 10 times. They refused to help and lied about repair brakes. We took the car back with the same complaint "shakes and squeaks when braking" more than 10 times. They refused to help and lied about repairs. It cost me $1000 to get the car fixed right by an independent mechanic. More
I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer a 2006 Prius and a 2007 FJ Cruiser on both ocassions my wife and I have recieved GREAT service on both of these vehicles. The sales department was courteous frien and a 2007 FJ Cruiser on both ocassions my wife and I have recieved GREAT service on both of these vehicles. The sales department was courteous friendly and delivered what we wanted in one of the smoothest transactions we have ever experienced when buying a vehicle. We had contacted another dealer in Sanford and found out they must think customers are fools by charging nearly $900 for a dealer fee, we live only a few miles from the Sanford dealer but where and continue to drive the 40 plus miles to do business at Daytona Toyota. Keep up the good work that you have delivered in the past, we will be back again soon to purchase our next vehicle from you. More
I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Unfortunately, I learned a hard lesson on leasing when I went to trade my lease in. I was plac I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Unfortunately, I learned a hard lesson on leasing when I went to trade my lease in. I was placed on a 66 month lease when it should have been 36 months. There was 10,000 due at the end of the lease and they placed it on the loan in a way to reflect the payment less. They are totally dishonest and really give a bad name to a good product. I tell everyone I know that Toyota's a great product, just don't buy it from them or you'll get worked like I did. I did buy another toyota from another dealership and I did my homework this time. I got a fair deal and out of the lease. Please, heed my advice and look elsewhere if you want a toyota. More
My visit and purchase experience at Daytona Toyota was probably the best I have had in nearly 30 years. Chuck was 100% customer service oriented, and Monica was a dynamo of product knowledge. I had rese probably the best I have had in nearly 30 years. Chuck was 100% customer service oriented, and Monica was a dynamo of product knowledge. I had researched extensively on the web and with other dealers, and I never felt like Chuck or Monica were giving me anything but the truth. I had prearranged financing, but they offered to meet all terms, and actually got me a better rate. I left the dealership happy and excited about my purchase, rather than tired, frustrated or feeling like someone had taken advantage of me. It's sevarl days later, still no buyers remorse.
As an aside, I returned to the dealership the morning after my purchase to drop off some information. Chuck noticed that the detailers had missed some spots, and had the car completely re-detailed, it looked better than new!!
Great job by Daytona Toyota. More

Leased new car from Daytona Toyota. The salesman "Ralph Hasnosi" and the sales manager at the time lied to me regarding early lease termination. They stated that as long as I returned to Daytona Toy "Ralph Hasnosi" and the sales manager at the time lied to me regarding early lease termination. They stated that as long as I returned to Daytona Toyota for my new vehicle I would not have any early termination fees or additional payoffs as long as the milage was under 60,000,because they would still be able to give it a special Toyota used car warrenty on it.
My situation changed were by I needed a diffrent type of vehicle. Returned to Daytona Toyota and was informed that I would need to pay over $6,000 to get out of lease. Basically their attitude was "take it or leave it, we don't care.
I would not shop at Daytona Toyota and will recommend to everyone else not to shop there. They will say anything to get a sale.
