After inquiring as to how she could help me, she proceeded to give me information about the vehicle and offered me a test drive. During the test drive it was apparent that she was very knowledgeable about the product and she was extremely helpful in describing the features. I have purchased many new vehicles during my lifetime and I can say that Monica Lewis is head and shoulders above all that I have dealt with in the past. What is usually an unpleasant experience dealing with new car salespeople turned into an unexpected pleasant experience without high pressure and resulted in my buying the vehicle. I bought a Matrix and dealt with Junior Most in 2008. It was a great expierence. A year and a half later I came back to Junior to trade the Matrix for a Camry and he as so good in getting me what I wanted. was a great expierence. Was told to lease Sienna Van by saleman in 2006 because when we wanted to trade they would take care of remaining lease and put us in new vehicle. Our Average was to keep car 2-3 years. They sold a new Toyota Matrix for $1000 under invoice AND gave us a fair price on a trade in. She listened to what we needed in a truck and even took us to another of their lots, to see the truck in various colors. Not just looking at a picture in a book. She was so happy when I told her that I had towed our 27ft. Kodiak camper on the interstate. I had always been afraid and made my husband do all of the towing. We got a fantastic deal, and what I like best is that you are not forgotten by the sales dept. after the purchase. Daytona Toyota constantly works to keep you satisfied no matter how many years you have owned your Toyota. Monica Lewis knows that when it is time to turn in our Tundra, we will be working with her.
