We were looking for a pre-owned 2006 or 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and called the internet line and spoke with the sales person Craig Latz. We were going to drive 1 and 1/2 hours to get to the dealership and knew from the on-line posting on Craig's list they had the car we wanted to see. Craig worked out getting some preliminary information from us as we knew we wanted approvals before driving so far. We got there, saw the vehicle and purchased it that afternoon--in less then 2 hours we were good to go. The finance manager, (sorry his name escapes me) worked out the pricing details in a courteous, respectful manner. We had made a mistake in the model type of the car we were trading in and he was understanding of this. We were then sent to the business office to complete the purchase with the business manager and had no suprizes there, he was very helpful as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota. More

My overall experience was very good. I had expected to buy a car that day, but not at that dealership. But what made it totally worthwhile was the personalised service. Both Monica and Tom eased the formalities through, without the feeling of hard core salemanship. I will definately go back when I want to upgrade. The bottom line is they found me a reliable car, at my price range, and made it all work out. No intimidation, no games.
