As a customer of Daytona Toyota for the past 9 years I was already sold on their service department 100%. My 2000 Sienna Van continued to cost me in repairs. It was time to replace it. I had been shopping was already sold on their service department 100%. My 2000 Sienna Van continued to cost me in repairs. It was time to replace it. I had been shopping online for two months. I decided to walk to the new car show room and ask for Monica Lewis. Her professional nature, and her understanding my particular postion led me to make the decision that day to trade. Because of the lifetime oil change, the quality of the service department and Monica helping me meet my goal I traded. More
The reason we decided to purchase from Daytona Toyota was mostly due to the pleasant attitiude of Mrs. Lewis. Her non pushy and professional sales approach was refreshing. Her knowledge of the Cadillac CTS mostly due to the pleasant attitiude of Mrs. Lewis. Her non pushy and professional sales approach was refreshing. Her knowledge of the Cadillac CTS was outstanding. She took the time to go over the entire car and all its options and to explain the whole used car purchasing process. She followed up our purchase by contacting us to make sure we were completely satisfied. The dealership was clean and easily accessible. The finance agent (Serge) was very professional and walked us through each page we were siging and all the optional purchases we could make. More
The act of buying a new car is most generally a traumatic affair. My sales person (Ms. Lewis) made this experience an actual enjoyable time. She is exceptionally knowledgable about the vehical I was interest affair. My sales person (Ms. Lewis) made this experience an actual enjoyable time. She is exceptionally knowledgable about the vehical I was interested in. She answered each and every question I had fully. Her pleasant attitude and willing to help in every way eased any apprehension I had. She helped in every conceivable way from providing cold water to a loner car the size that fits me. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends with no concerns. Plus I would heartilly recommend Monica Lewis to anyone interested in new car. More
We bought our 1st Toyota from Jermaine Lewis about 2 years ago. We just bought our second Corolla from Jermaine yesterday. He gets the job done quickly and right the first time and is a pleasant person years ago. We just bought our second Corolla from Jermaine yesterday. He gets the job done quickly and right the first time and is a pleasant person to work with. Thanks Jermaine, when the time comes, we'll be back! As for Toyota's service department, we like the online ability to make our appointment. We have gone in for their free lifetime oil changes when we reach the recommended maintenance check mileage and, once completed, they often return with a detailed list of recommended things that need attention, usually wheel rotation and brake cleaning and adjusting. These are important and necessary things to keep our car running safe and getting the most out of our tires. It's a great program that saves me time, by their reminders because I just don't have the time to keep up with all the attention a car needs. They do it for me. It saves me money because I would seriously neglect taking it in for a checkup. It's just like a human. It needs it's checkups to keep healthy. I deal with Kyle June in the service department. These guys keep our Toyota running smooth. I've had nothing to complain about. And everyone I have dealt with there is always pleasant and professional. They have a great team. Just treat them as you would like to be treated and your deal will go smooth as silk. I used to do all my work on my own cars years ago. Unfortunately I suffered a serious back injury and have since entrusted all repairs to Toyota Service department. The got the right tools and the experience. Why would I go anywhere else? More

This is great dealership with knowledgeable mechanics and great salesmen. I purchased another new Toyota truck because of this dealership. It is, in my opinion, among the top two Toyota dealerships I have great salesmen. I purchased another new Toyota truck because of this dealership. She is someone we would definately do business with in the future and she is a shining star at this dealership! In addition, the dealership was clean, welcoming and the rest of the staff was helpful and cheerful. All good things!! Carol Nordstrom More

The details listed about the vehicle on Autotrader and also on the dealership's website were incorrect. In spite of the fact that we called to verify the details listed on both websites, we were still gi also on the dealership's website were incorrect. In spite of the fact that we called to verify the details listed on both websites, we were still given incorrect information by the dealership. When the faulty information was discovered (only after having driven 4 hours to the dealership) the salesman made the excuse that he isn't a mechanic and didn't know for sure what he was talking about. This is entirely unacceptable. He knew we were coming from 4 hours away and if he didn't have enough information to answer the question, he should have checked it out and called us back. Furthermore, the salesman acted dishonestly in that we had agreed to a price both for the vehicle and the trade-in before we ever left home (4 hours away) and then went back on his word and the deal had to be completely renegotiated upon arrival at the dealership. The end result was the same, but it took several hours longer than it should have which in addition to being dishonest, is disrespectful of our time. This is not how honest people do business. In the end, we were happy with the product (vehicle and the price), but EXTREMELY unhappy with how we were treated. More
If it were just my wife and me, I would agree that it was a simple disagreement. However, two of my neighbors had the same experience as us. In December 2007, we agreed on a deal for a leftover Toyota Sien a simple disagreement. However, two of my neighbors had the same experience as us. In December 2007, we agreed on a deal for a leftover Toyota Sienna, with the salesman. However, when the sales manager (a chunky young man from the Bronx, NY) became involved, he attempted to increase the price of the vehicle. I told him to forget the deal, and I would visit DeLand Toyota and started to walk out. He would not give us back our keys, until I said I intended to call the police. Within the last six weeks, two residents of our street attempted to purchase a used Tacoma trunk and a Prius. In both cases, the sales manager attempted to raise the agreed upon price. CAN ALL THREE OF US BE WRONG OR IS THE DEALER ATTEMPTING TO INCREASE PROFIT. The neighbor attempting to purchase the Prius was told by the sales manager, "You know there is a $1,000 dealer markup on this car." He did the correct thing and walked out and subsequently purchased the same year Prius with less mileage in a private deal. The other neighbor found a Tacoma at David Maus Toyota and purchased it. I can only suggest that you first visit either DeLand Toyota or St. Augustine Toyota. If you want to made to feel stupid, by all means go to Daytona Toyota, and when they attempt to increase your purchase price--WALK OUT. Only until corporate Toyota and/or the Florida Attorney General intervenes in this type of "salesmanship" this dealership will continue the same techniques they attempted on me and my neighbors. More
