My wife and I came into the dealership to follow up on an on-line ad for a 2007 Camry and Jermaine took us on the test drive. He was knowledgeable, personable and friendly. We had arranged our own financing but in the process of trading our daughter's car (not the one we drove to the dealership in)we realized we would not be able to close with our lender the same day in order to drive our 2007 home. Jermaine arranged for us to complete a temporary loan (at the expense of several trees)and we drove off. A few days later we were able to discontinue the dealer financing and complete our own. (Hopefully, the paper work was recycled). Jermaine was professional and personable throughout this time and I didn't feel I was being pressured into the deal. Also, a few days later I discovered a pull to the right in the steering and asked Jermaine and Jason Bland, his sales manager, to take a look at it. Since I purchased the car "as is" with no extended warranty they were under no obligation to foot the bill for this inspection. Nevertheless, they coordinated with the shop and had them adjust the alignment for no cost, a definite sign they wanted me to become a satisfied customer. I've never been a fan of dealerships when it comes to buying used cars but I definitely feel I was treated fairly and with respect. I have no hesitation in recommending you deal with Jermaine. More

I found a car online that was exactly what my wife was looking for. I saw similar vehicles in the Orlando market but did not want to drive if I did not have to. Chris was very friendly and informative. He was very knowledgeable about the entire car which he presented to me which was a White Toyota Corolla 2012.
