Great experience. My husband works out of state so I am the one who had to go and test drive the truck and report back to him. He found the truck on -line via cars.com. Jonathan was great. I had a short period of time in which to find a used replacement car for my daughter. I found the car I was interested in on the Daytona Toyota's website and texted my interest. I stopped in at the dealership the next day and met with Craig who was friendly and patient with me and my hesitation in purchasing a car without my daughter seeing it first. I ended up spending too much time at the dealership before making a decision, but all of my questions and concerns about the car were answered to my satisfaction. My daughter arrived in town to see the car and named it "Big Red" because it was bigger (Ford Taurus) than she expected ??. Craig Lattz and all of the guys at Daytona Toyota were nice, accommodating and professional. I will certainly call Craig when I decide to buy my son another car as well. More

I saw similar vehicles in the Orlando market but did not want to drive if I did not have to. I sent email inquiries to many dealerships but Craig was the most responsive and personal. All the other dealers had automated responses. The car drove great but had a small alignment problem. They fixed the issue immediately while we did all the paper work. They also had the best, and most reasonable, price. The whole process went very smooth and I was out of there with a new (used) car in no time. I thought Craig was very honest in my dealings with him and would buy from him again. More
