Extremely slow service Only needed a routine oil change and it took 2 hours. Last few times I've brought my car to be serviced the wait time has been horrible. Terrible While I was happy with the service Thomas provided it unfortunately does not make up for the first half of my experience. I went in for an appointment While I was happy with the service Thomas provided it unfortunately does not make up for the first half of my experience. I went in for an appointment to get a recall issue taken care of as well a trunk latch but was told that I didn’t have an appointment countless time despite having email confirmation and having been called by a sales representative just that morning telling me I had an appointment. Instead of thoroughly checking I was told I would that nobody would call me to let me know about my appointment especially since they “probably didn’t have the parts”. All of this is even worse because while I was trying to make the appointment a week prior no one in the service department would pick up phone calls and I had to speak with someone in the parts department and they had to physically go get someone to pick up the phone which still went to voicemail and when I called back I was met by a receptionist who rudely asked for my information saying they were busy then said someone would call me back which I never received that was on a Saturday. I called again on Monday and was told that an appointment was made without my knowing. More
