Recieved a phone call about someone wanting to purchase my 2017 Tacoma. Entertained the idea of purchasing a new Tacoma due to the high milage on the 2017. Was rushed into purchasing a new 2020 Tacoma, of my 2017 Tacoma. Entertained the idea of purchasing a new Tacoma due to the high milage on the 2017. Was rushed into purchasing a new 2020 Tacoma, of which I am currently NOT satisfied with some of the accessories on the vehicle. I gave it a week to adjust but supposedly it is the same truck style, body, and trim. I have noticed several differences from my previous truck and wish I had it back. Called and spoke with a sales manager named Ash. He never called me back to respond to my concerns of the gas mileage and Android Auto which does not stay connected. My 2017 Tacoma had built in navigation which I loved! I absolutely cannot rely on a gps service that does not stay connected while driving. Being a "hands free" state, I cannot hold my phone while driving to look at the GPS map. The back seat area is smaller than the 2017 Tacoma and one of the storage areas in the bed of the truck is not in the 2020 like the 2017. More

The service advisor I get (cio) is always so busy. Nice way to be greeted. After that she tells me she doesn’t know why I’d drive that far to get my oil changed, I understand I’m not paying for it but what if I noticed a truck and ended up buying it or needed some service on mine. Then I’d be spending money there but not if she tells me not to come up there. So then my 7am( we’ll get ya in), I waited till 8:20 and my truck hadn’t even went back yet. I ask them to pull the truck around so I could leave. I understand being busy and everything so if you can’t get to it just tell the people that on the phone. Not show up at 7am and expect to wait all day. Most people don’t have time for that. More
