The oil change before this visit, I was told my breaks were starting to wear down. I was at a 3-4, on the scale. I was told I would absolutely need breaks on my next oil change if not before. I went to this oil change with the understanding I would be getting breaks. However, oil change done and inspection report said breaks are in the green and good. Loosing fait every time in the service department here. I went to Firestone and I do infact need breaks. More
