An early oil change was requested due to severe driving conditions over the past few weeks to include 4000 miles towing through mountains in Colorado up dusty and salty roads. They waited until my appoint conditions over the past few weeks to include 4000 miles towing through mountains in Colorado up dusty and salty roads. They waited until my appointment to inform me they could not comply even though they claim to offer lifetime oil changes. Even though this meets the manufacturer recommended oil change due to driving conditions, they only comply at the 10k servicing. I just bought this vehicle and will be moving at the end of the year out of state. They won't be giving me any free oil changes and wouldn't work with me on just this one. More

Shouldn't have to pay $15 for miscellaneous charges if you have already spent $278 dollars for labor and $120 for parts. The cashier was rude because I asked her what are the misc charges on my bill. Had an appointment for 12:30 for the 10k service. At 1.45, I checked on my vehicle it wasn’t even on the lift yet. Told Jim about a 2:30 Dr appointment so he went and pulled my car around and basically 1.45, I checked on my vehicle it wasn’t even on the lift yet. Told Jim about a 2:30 Dr appointment so he went and pulled my car around and basically told me to make another appointment and come back I asked to speak to the Service Mgr. The Service Mgr, got the car pulled in and serviced in time for me to keep the Dr’s appointment. Would have rated them a 5 star if I wasn’t told to make another appointment and come back. I already was there for over 1.5 hours before the work was started. Thank you Mr Service Manager. I can’t remember the Mgr’s name otherwise I would recognize him by name for getting involved and getting the work completed More

The oil change before this visit, I was told my breaks were starting to wear down. I was at a 3-4, on the scale. I was told I would absolutely need breaks on my next oil change if not before.
