Very disappointed that after getting 4 new, expensive tires the car was returned with dirty tires and hand prints from the tech on the wheels. My last three oil changes were not good experiences. The first one I got my truck back and my panel for my windows and lock buttons was disassembled from the door. I called not even 5 minutes after leaving first one I got my truck back and my panel for my windows and lock buttons was disassembled from the door. I called not even 5 minutes after leaving to let them know and the told me tough luck(basically.) The next time I waited an extra hour for my truck to be done because no one came and told me it was done in the waiting room; I never left the waiting room so I know they didn’t come in. I eventually walked outside and found it. You And the last time I was there, I checked on it after an hour and a half and he had forgotten to put it in to be serviced (this was confirmed by two other employees.) I once spoke highly of the service center but not so much anymore. More

We found Seymour Small a pleasure to work with and professional through out the process. He was knowledgeable about the cars and answered all questions with no issue.
