Dear Mr Jeff It doesn’t make any sense for me to have a brand new camry 2019 And the AC is not working And the car still under warranty and your dealership wants to charge me money for it Then i contacted toyota corporate they told me to go to you After i left the car they charged me money just for checking the ac and wants me yo pay 400$ to recharge it I said i need to know the problem for the ac to be not working They said pay the money Charge it Then after 3 months we can keep recharging to know the problem More over i refused to do that and they took money from me and they didn’t allow me to pick up the car without paying the money for checking only without fixing it And i went to another toyota dealership they found that some parts are missing So i am in the process now with a lawyer to sue your dealership So i can check the camera’s and file and documents everything with toyota corporate against your dealership
