I have a small crack in my windshield, and I hope I made the right decision to get it replaced though the representative who saw it when I pulled in I have a small crack in my windshield, and I hope I made the right decision to get it replaced though the representative who saw it when I pulled in for service. I know there’s not much time to coordinate this; but the process seemed rushed. I’m told the windshield will be replaced with high quality Toyota or similar glass and recalibrated as needed. Thanks. I brought my vehicle in for a routine maintenance. Emily is always friendly and professional, I had shared a concern with her regarding how my vehicle was running. She understood my concern.
