Online , my truck said it came with a tow package. It didn't. I reached out to my sales woman, no response for four days.When she finally TEXTED my back, she told me to call the service manager and wo It didn't. He told me my truck didn't come with a tow package even after I sent him a picture of the details listed on the website that stated TOW HITCH/PACKAGE. He(Arron) said it was a misprint and he couldn't do anything and to reach out to the sales manager. So now I'm having to pay out of pocket for a tow hitch and I bought this truck for the tow package and now I'm out of a couple hundred bucks. You would think that after paying $26,000 for a truck with almost all the features, you would be happy at the end of the day. Not in my case, I tell everyone that asks about my truck, where I got it and if I was happy? I tell them, buy a Tacoma...just not from Daytona Toyota. More
