Service writer was overwhelmed with customers and backed up. Another team member finally helped. The wait for an oil change and simple blinker light issue was unreasonable. I was also charged for a diagnostic fee for a loose bulb that was not completely pushed in. Although the service writer discounted the fee, I felt as though it was unreasonable. Over $140 for something as simple as a loose build connection. A good customer service oriented individual would have waived the fee. I would have been ok even paying $40-50 for the labor, but over $139 was unreasonable, especially since my vehicle sat for 45-50 minutes after work was done before I was able to check out. More
