He programmed my new car features and even made me comfortably using all the new features. He was vey informative and helped me decide to buy a new suv. Please note: I was there for an oil change and had no interest in buying until he got me to test drive. He is very persuasive in a subtle way that is so welcome in a car salesman. And very respectful with women that encourages purchase but does not intimidate in any way. Great experience at Daytona Toyota and I have told all my friends what a fabulous buying experience I had and will definitely buy there again! Thank you for such a wonderful dealership experience! Purchased my Avalon back in 2015. Avalon is still running great thanks to the service department. Emily and Scott have great over the years.
