Again..my son is very happy with his truck. However, I was told to be there first thing in the morning to co-sign which I was. Then they had a meeting and I waited in the parking lot for 30 plus minutes after opening time which should not be ok. Then I thought all the paperwork was supposed to be ready for me and it was not. Then they said that the license plate was in Dad's name and they had to work that out which it should have been done before I got there. Then I was told that they would get me out by 10:00 and 10 minutes before 10:00. They said that I could do it through email. Don't you think? They should have told me that beforehand to be honest? Again, not impressed with how they handled the whole situation.
