Great People,,, Karen was more than helpful,,, only part did not work is one of the repairs they did was leaking oil but kudos to Karen and service manager, they paid directly to Lexus dealer in Raleigh NC did not work is one of the repairs they did was leaking oil but kudos to Karen and service manager, they paid directly to Lexus dealer in Raleigh NC for correct repairs.
