Geoffrey and KiKi were amazing and worked very well together to get us in and out as quickly as humanly possible. I was a Regional Sales trainer and District Sales Manager in the Medical industry for 2 together to get us in and out as quickly as humanly possible. I was a Regional Sales trainer and District Sales Manager in the Medical industry for 2 decades and would hire either of them!! Their attention to detail was impeccable. I would recommend Geoffrey for any position and Kiki is perfect in her position. Very good experience and I have bought several cars there over the years and have to say these two folks are my favorite. Charles put us together with the right sales person. The appointment scheduler is a bit loco. She recorded the wrong time in the daily work sheet inferring that my appointment was an hour earlier than scheduled with me.….so I was considered a She recorded the wrong time in the daily work sheet inferring that my appointment was an hour earlier than scheduled with me.….so I was considered a late arrival and had to “wait my turn”. My roommate had a similar experience two months earlier. If I didn’t have free oil changes, I probably would find another service dep’t. Mike Entrekin was a gem. He familiarized me with some technology available in my car that I was unaware of. More
