This is the 4th car I have purchased from Daytona Toyota through the years. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t have positive experiences. Yesterday was very good, too. My only negative thing to say is when I’ve been given the “out the door” price and I accept and sign it should be made clearer to me before I sign that when I then move to the finance department that there will be additional charges. I should know this by now but again ended up going over my clearly stated budget. This time I came close to ending the deal. You will notice, however, that I gave Mr. Gallon and Mrs. Rosell 5 stars because they both worked so hard with me. More
