I was misled by my first salesperson that I’m getting top of the line of the car model I’m getting. I told him that I know nothing about cars and trusted him with his words. He left his job and I continued b of the line of the car model I’m getting. I told him that I know nothing about cars and trusted him with his words. He left his job and I continued business with another salesperson. I’ve been driving my new car for a couple of weeks already when I found out that there is more advanced model of this vehicle. Maybe he doesn’t know the product he’s selling, it definitely made me disappointed. More

Paid more than quoted at the beginning of the visit for two cars. Was told one bank was financing both cars and at the end of a seven hour process of trying to buy a car I was informed two different banks two cars. Personal information got leaked after the visit and had to cancel bank accounts due to it and after speak with Daytona Toyota about it they were not concerned. More
