I was transferred from one person to the next. Last visit they advised my cabin filter was poor and needed a change; I opted to not to change it at that time. Went in Tuesday for service; was told I needed 65000 mile service...tires rotated. Requested 3 other issues checked out. After leaving discovered the service light was still on and would not reset. Returned service...tires rotated. Requested 3 other issues checked out. After leaving discovered the service light was still on and would not reset. Returned two days later to have this done and was told they were unaware this was the issue I had when I first brought it in. How is that possible? Had to leave it for service again; took a loaner car. Contacted four hours later it was ready. More
