First time going in for service. Chris G was perfect!!!! He explained what my service plan was and what they would be doing. 10/10 definitely will go back to him!!! Waiting area looked old and dirty, snack area just as bad. It had a DMV feel, I wouldn’t have stayed if it weren’t just an hour wait in that area! Please upgrade those areas as well as the bathroom!! This is about the worst service waiting area I have ever been in. They have had a “Coming Soon” picture for over 10 years. The picture depicts one similar to Ocala. It will never happen! They use to provide strawberry cakes in the morning but no longer provide them. Bad move! The guest wi-do is not any good at all. You can’t even check you email. They guest restroom is terrible and no covered area outside. For as much money as I have spent on Toyota cars at this dealership I would appreciate better. It is like they can’t build the new facility because it woul interrupt their business. Build a new one somewhere else and move as that is the only way they will get a new facility. More
