Andrew Swain did a great job of guiding me towards the 2024 Prius that I ended up buying. He made the process very non-stressful which was helpful, especially since my 2012 Prius had been rear-ended and 2024 Prius that I ended up buying. Buying a new car was the furthest thing from my mind until the accident. I really appreciated Andrew's obvious concern and ability to answer all my questions. He also made sure I got home safely. I had driven a rental car which I drove home and he followed with my newly purchased 2024 Prius. I give credit to Todd, as well, because he gave a very thorough explanation of packages that I could purchase. He was also very patient and upbeat. I never felt rushed when I was with him or Andrew.
