Sales Consultant Michael Abrams explained and demonstrated the technical features available on the RAV4 Hybrid. He patiently answered my questions, and helped me identify the options that were mo demonstrated the technical features available on the RAV4 Hybrid. He patiently answered my questions, and helped me identify the options that were most important to me. Sales Manager Jimmy Wilkes was very hepful too. The dealership was able to locate a RAV4 Hybrid that matched my requirements sooner than expected. I also appreciate Michael's help with the inital setup of my new RAV4 Hybrid's Multimedia features. Moved here from Connecticut and my RAV4 had an electric problem and other issues.
