The desk person was Condescending, not helpful to explain vehicle needs. I was there for 2 hours for a simple check and tire rotation. Came in for a new key controller and they landed up losing my house key. As I told the Sales Mgr, Aaron Garcia, now that my address is on file and your mechanic had my house key last, I am going to ha losing my house key.
