My first impression at the used car lot on the corner with Charles was horrible. I didn’t know that I hadn’t even really went to the main store. They had a truck I wanted to buy, but it was the last plac with Charles was horrible. I didn’t know that I hadn’t even really went to the main store. I’m glad I reached back out to the general manager after speaking with the sales manager as well, because they did go out of the way to rectify the situation. The general manager was efficient in returning my call. He listened and heard my concerns. Brian the sales manager and Candace my sales person continued to see to it that my needs were met. The finance manager Mario was great as well. They made up for what started out as horrible. My salesperson Candace has continued to be on the other end of my text in the beginning month of my confusion and concerns getting acclimated with my purchase of a Ford from a Toyota dealer in Daytona when I live in Sebastian. Looking forward to driving back up to them for my lifetime oil changes just to say hello. I’m so glad I communicated with them and gave them an opportunity to clean up the mess of my first impression. I would recommend the main store, not the auxiliary lot that I ended up at. I believe they are aware of this and working on this problem now. More
