I had been "haggling" with a dealer here in Jacksonville for several days and was getting no where closer to where I wanted my payments for my budget. I received an email from this dealer offe Jacksonville for several days and was getting no where closer to where I wanted my payments for my budget. I received an email from this dealer offering to help me find my perfect car so I sent them exactly what I was looking for. Within minutes I received a detailed description of the 4 Runner that I was hoping to buy and gave Craig a call. He said he realized that it would be a hassle to deal with them from Jackonville but then made an offer that was worth the drive down and met my budget without even having to haggle. Easiest deal ever and I walked away very happy. I drove down expecting to have to make several trips since the car wasn't on the lot yet but they made it so easy for me......Plus Craig brought out water for my dog who came along for the ride & made sure he was comfortable while we signed all the paperwork. He seemed to genuinely care about my happiness with my purchase and even helped me to locate & purchase all the accessories I wanted after the car was purchased. Funny thing was that I got the exact same car (same VIN) that I was trying to get through the dealer here! I would definitely recommend letting Craig find that perfect car for you too! More

I've dealt with many car salesmen over the years. Some i know i'll never deal with again. So as i know many people such as myself walk into a dealership a little leary. After that he made everything easy, as timely as possible & some fun as well. I also enjoyed the fact he went through things no one ever has, my credit score. I've never been offered to even look at it, they'd just say..." you have good enough credit " But Craig gave me peace of mind that good people are around when you need them the most !
