We just bought our fourth Avalon from Daytona Toyota. It's the third we've bought from Bob Castle. He's always been most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He also does everything he says he'll do. The maintenance department at Daytona Toyota is great. We can't imagine having the car maintained anywhere else. We were so pleased with the 2011 Avalon we bought earlier this year, we just bought another one. Same car, different color. The cars perform beautifully in the mountains. A wonderful transmission. Highway gas mileage is just over 29mpg on regular gas! Great cars, great dealership! More

Don't be fooled! An independent AAA garage found major problems with the used car I wanted to buy and the dealership denied the report. Use a Triple A rated garage and don't trust these cheeseballs! Carfax only works if the person doing the repairs reports stuff to carfax! The car I had inspected had been in a wreck and had transmission problems. I showed them them service report that I had paid $100 for and they said it wasn't true. They called me the next day and said "Good news...we had another garage look at the car and they couldn't find anything wrong with it!" These guys are only after your money and as much of it as they can scam you out of. They presented me with a finance deal but "didn't know" what the interest rate was! Make no mistake...they are savy scammers! The are smooth talking, good looking, and give you bottles of cold water and act like good friends. I have never had a good experience at a car dealership and I certainly didn't have a good one at Daytona Toyota! I wasted several days and hundreds of dollars investigating this car and walked away with a knot in my stomach! It took many emails and phone calls to be refunded the $500 I put down to hold this car. More

Our overall experience with the dealership was great. Monica was fantastic and Serge in finance was very helpful as well. I am pleased thus far with my Toyota 4Runner and my experience with th service department was positive as well when they were adding the necessary items that we purchased with the extended warranty. The only thing I would change is the length of time that I was there purchasing the car which was approximately 4 hours and a clearer explanation of the extended warranty in terms of what the payments would be a month. I think I moved a little too quickly in buying the car, without doing more negotiating. But I needed a car in a very short amount of time. One upside of the experience is that Joshua Mann was very courteous and friendly and I would recommend him again. More
My experience with Daytona Toyota was GREAT!!! I am a prior service member and used the USAA car buying service. I went to Daytona Toyota with all of the info that I had received from USAA and completed prior service member and used the USAA car buying service. I went to Daytona Toyota with all of the info that I had received from USAA and completed the deal with out too much effort. I went home with a Tundra 4X2. The next day I decided that I really wanted the 4X4 version and called them and asked if I would be able to switch it out. Without any hesitation that agreed and I drove the truck back and received the 4X4 Tundra. WOW - that is great customer service!!! This truck is beautiful and I love it. This is the first truck that I have bought and I couldn't be happier with both the truck and the dealership. They were very helpful and accommodating. My salesman was Miklos. He was professional and honest. I also interacted with one of the sales managers who (he has reading glasses) and he too was excellent to work with. I will go back to Daytona Toyota next time if I am looking for a Toyota. More
