Craig was great. I told him what I wanted and asked him for his best price. His price was more than a $1000.00 cheaper than anyone else, so good that I ordered the vehicle that day. The vehicle I wanted had to be ordered so we had to wait about 6 weeks for it to come in, but Craig kept us informed of the expected delivery date. The vehicle came in about a week early and we drove 500 miles to pick it up at the dealership. You may think driving 1000 miles round trip to pick up a new 2012 Highlander is a little excessive, but for the deal I got on the vehicle, I'd do it again tomorrow. Thanks Craig! Don & Trina More

I walked in at 8:30Am this past rainy Friday morning and was out with the paper work done by lunch time. We looked at and drove many Toyota Highlanders that morning and I asked countless questions and it was almost like shopping with a knowledgeable friend. No pressure to choose one over another or to rush. Driving around chit-chatting until I finally chose a flawless 2009 Toyota Highlander. My sales person suggested I pick up my new Highlander the next morning so that the service department could have a chance to detail it. By the way this sales persons name is "Craig Lattz" if your looking for a vehicle and no pressure go see him you won't be sorry and they sell more than Toyota's. Although they run forever :) There was no Financing Involved with this deal so I can't attest to how well that department works. Don't forget to tell him Walt sent you : ) More

I am very pleased so far with my experience at Daytona Toyota. Jonathan and JB were very helpful. This is the first new car I've purchased in many years and I think reading up on the process and educati Toyota. Jonathan and JB were very helpful. This is the first new car I've purchased in many years and I think reading up on the process and educating myself as best as possible before hand also helped my experience with Daytona Toyota turn out to be a pleasant one. I did not feel pressured by Jonathan or JB and that was important to me. I liked a little note that at first seemed a bit funny, but then, helped me feel comfortable: I notice that everyone's name tag also states where they are from, and we all know that in Florida most of us are from somewhere else, and everyone has an interesting story. This personal touch helped me get to know Jonathan and JB just a little bit better and I liked that part too. I am looking forward to a continuing relationship with Daytona Toyota. Unexpectedly this took a different turn last week, as four days after picking up my brand new Prius it was struck broadside by a full size pick up truck. Therefore, instead of me heading back to Daytona Toyota for the Prius' first 5,000 mile checkup, the Prius is back there now in the Daytona Toyota body shop with only 180 miles on it. Due to my positive and satisfying initial experience with Daytona Toyota during the purchase process, I decided to have the Prius towed to Daytona Toyota instead of another Toyota dealership recommended by the at-fault driver's insurance company adjuster.
