We have been dealing with Daytona Toyota for the past two years. Their Sales and Service Departments are absolutely the BEST! We bought three cars from Monica Lewis two years ago for Christmas and last mon years. Their Sales and Service Departments are absolutely the BEST! We bought three cars from Monica Lewis two years ago for Christmas and last month we just upgraded two of the three cars to the newest models with ease! Monica treats her customers like they are family and works to no end to make sure that her customers are 100% satisfied. We are in love with our new cars and so grateful to Monica for making the process so easy!! We also drive two hours to bring our cars to get service at Daytona Toyota's Service garage. We deal with Jacque Purdy everytime because she takes care of her customers and their vehicles. We trust Jacque and know that any of her recommendations are sound and justified. We will continue to travel four hours round-trip to ge tour monthly service done by Daytona Toyota and would recommend their Sales and Service to anyone that wants top notch service! The overall process in purchasing my 2011 Tacoma was awesome, no craziness no back and forth negotiations thank God. I live in JAX FL and was hoping my local dealers could meet or beat the price and save me a ride to Daytona, they couldn't beat price and they even suggested I buy from Daytona they stated that it was a great deal. Enough said in my book when another dealer says go with them !! The only negative experience was the turning over the check in the finance managers office it felt a little shady they always stated please acknowledge the camera is videotaping this and that you understand what your doing ? Also they wanted to upsell a warranty, I can't fought them there but reallyit's a Toyota what Warranty do I need??. I know they want to protect themselves but it just didn't feel professional. I think there is room for improvement on their part but maybe this is common practice with all dealerships, I would know since I don't have anything to compare it with. I have never purchased a new vehicle before. Craig and Rob the sales manager were straight fwd. and excellent to deal with I would recommend them to my friends and family and down play the candid camera : ). Cheers. More

The business office was helpful and there was no high pressure tactics used for add ons. Toyotas are great cars, and with the dealership lifetime power train warranty, there is little worry about the purchase. More
