While the vehicle seems mechanically sound and the repair looks good, the process was unsatisfactory. The repair, which my insurance considered simple, took almost two months to complete. This extended timeline makes me wonder how long a more complex repair would take—half a year? Due to the delay, I had to purchase a new car because I couldn't be without my main mode of transportation for such an extended period. Furthermore, there was a lack of communication throughout the process. Most of the updates came from my own efforts—either by contacting my insurance representative or calling directly. I was so uninformed that I considered seeking legal counsel to see if this situation aligns with Florida Consumer Protection Laws. Again, while the repair appears well done, the experience highlighted a disregard for customer time and convenience. I hope this feedback can lead to improvements in the timeliness and communication of your services. More

As a result, I'm switching all my future repairs and maintenance to Toyota Daytona from Seminole Toyota, as is my son. Amanda was amazing. First off I contacted her because initially I was helping a family member get his first car and knew that he would be taken care of. My whole family First off I contacted her because initially I was helping a family member get his first car and knew that he would be taken care of. My whole family got our ravs from Daytona Toyota and I referred most of them and a friend of mine too. She was very nice and helped guide him and dealt with me too to get his vehicle set. I had made it clear I wasn’t interested in upgrading my vehicle cause one I was good with my car, and other sales reps tried throughout the year I kept saying no and when I finally indulged them and told them what my terms were for me to consider upgrading, they assured me they would meet me at what I wanted and wound up not only not delivering and the numbers were so off what I wanted but completely wasted my time to go down there to do so. I even left a review cause of that and told her about it. She contacted me weeks later after dealing with my brother to check in and asked me in the process what deal I was looking for, I told her I didn’t want to upgrade I was good and knew she couldn’t do better if even her manager couldn’t back a few months ago. (My experience with that manager is the reason I gave Daytona Toyota 4 stars instead of 5.) She requested I give her a shot and I did. I told her my terms and she went to work. Though she didn’t get to give me the exact figure I wanted she did sooooo much better than what I dealt with last time and got pretty close for an even newer vehicle than expected and no downgrades. She managed to seal the deal with me. She also made the process super easy and I didn’t even have to go to the dealership to be uncomfortable and spend hours in the process. She delivered my car to me and helped me with setting up what I needed. She is even going to make sure I get my referral bonus from my family referral and is even throwing in a couple of gift cards to me. I truly appreciate her help with my family and will refer them to her. Hopefully Daytona will realize what a gem she is and do whatever keep her. Thank you Amanda. More
