The dealership claimed that I asked for work (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) that I most certainly did not ask for and attempted to force me to pay for. This is totally unacceptable. When the dealer determined that they could not fix my problem, they still charged me over $200. I am highly dissatisfied and will never be visiting this dealer for service or sale of new or used cars again. More
