Great experience! While on vacation, I had some issues with my personal vehicle that made me realize it was time for a new car. Dawson in the Sales Dept was awesome! He helped me review my best options and answered all of my questions. I received a fair value for my trade-in and a far better deal overall than I would if I'd waited to buy a car closer to home. Fantastic experience! I spoke with Brian and confirmed the vehicle I wanted was in stock. He confirmed it was, valued my trade in, and we discussed the bottom line. Po sen I spoke with Brian and confirmed the vehicle I wanted was in stock. He confirmed it was, valued my trade in, and we discussed the bottom line. Po sent pics and video of the vehicle and answered my questions. The deal was reviewed and completed in less than 1 hour. Documents were completed via DropBox Sign. Po then drove the vehicle to us, went over how everything worked and took the trade in back to the dealership. By far, the easiest, most seamless new car purchase we’ve experienced. All information discussed was accurate and up front and follow up calls were made to us by both men after the purchase. Thank you both for a stress free buying experience!! I have tried to get a service appointment for a while but they are always booked too far out. I finally got an appointment. It took 2 hours for an oil change! The only reason I went for the oil change is be they are always booked too far out. I finally got an appointment. It took 2 hours for an oil change! The only reason I went for the oil change is because when buying the car during COVID, they upcharged me for “lifetime” oil changes. This dealership is too busy and unorganized. More
