They pulled a fast one on me. During the car buying negotiations I was told I would be given 1 yr free maintenance, along with all the other great benefits(free car wash, loaner car when service/repair negotiations I was told I would be given 1 yr free maintenance, along with all the other great benefits(free car wash, loaner car when service/repaired, etc…). When I brought car in for 1st oil changed, they claimed that they never told me that and that’s something they never do.(I must have dreamed that and drove 30 mins away on my day off due to my imagination). They claimed, if it’s not in writing, it didn’t happen. Be Cautious!! They are “slick talkers that don’t stand by their words. My fault for not getting everything they said in writing, must have slipped my mind after the 5+ hours at the dealership during buying process. I also requested all my paperwork from the sale, on gave me the “we owe” sheet and nothing more. I haven’t heard back in a couple weeks, I guess they forgot but I did get “in writing” (text message) that they will send it to me. They are “shady” again be careful. Should have checked some of these reviews before purchasing from here. More
Max and Mary made us very comfortable in the purchase of our new car. They are super knowledgeable about the features. Both of them were very kind and not pushy. I’ll definitely be back soon for the purchas our new car. They are super knowledgeable about the features. Both of them were very kind and not pushy. I won't do business with a dealer that plays price games with their listings. The listing said $14900 but when I made an offer the salesman said you must not have seen the fine print. "The fine print says $ with their listings. The listing said $14900 but when I made an offer the salesman said you must not have seen the fine print. "The fine print says $14900 AFTER you make a down payment of $2000." So instead of just listing a way overpriced 2010 Taurus for $16900 they add $2000 in the fine print. To me that's just sneaky. Would like to share my experience still in progress at Daytona Nissan at The Daytona Auto Mall. Saturday July 3rd, I purchased a 2015 ford fusion at Daytona Nissan in the auto mall which was listed at Daytona Nissan at The Daytona Auto Mall. Saturday July 3rd, I purchased a 2015 ford fusion at Daytona Nissan in the auto mall which was listed at $15,500+ Sunday July 4th, I noticed the tail light wasn’t turning off. Monday July 5th while on my way back to the dealership to get the tail lights looked at, I noticed when the speedometer got to a certain speed it would automatically drop speed and would take a while to respond when I pressed on the gas pedal. I reported these issues while at the dealership on Monday 5th, they gave me a loner vehicle and said they will have to take the vehicle to Gary Yaemon’s Ford which is also in the auto mall for their technicians to look into the issue and they will contact me as soon as they have an update. Thursday July 6th three days later after not receiving any follow up from Daytona Nissan on the condition of the vehicle I decided to go back into the dealership. I was referred to Charlie who is the sales manager, Charlie passed me off to one of the service managers who said that the vehicle was already back in the lot at Daytona Nissan which I personally confirmed. I was informed that the tail light issue was resolved but that the ford technicians could not recreate the gas pedal/speedometer issue. Being concerned and not wanting to face the possibility of spending the rest of my life in and out of the dealership because of an issue they cannot recreate, I went back to Charlie and asked if I could exchange for another ford fusion which was available on the lot in the same price range on the internet as what I paid for my current vehicle. Charlie said absolutely and passed me off to one of his sales agents. The sales agent told me that the internet price advertised on the exchange car is based on a $2000 down payment and I only put down $1200 on my current vehicle so they will not be able to exchange vehicles for me. Because they were not willing to offer me an exchange I spoke with Charlie again and asked to cancel the purchase of my current vehicle, Charlie said that they have already received payment from the lender and they will not returned it so basically I’m stuck with what I have but that they will keep my vehicle another day to have their master tech look further into my concerns. I contacted Charlie later that day and asked him to have the master tech look into whether it may be a transmission or fuel pump issue. Friday July 9th, I haven’t heard from Charlie By that afternoon so I contacted him to get some status. Charlie said his master tech did not find any issues so I told him I’m on my way to pick up the car. Charlie told me the car was parked at the dealership. This vehicle is noticeable and I thought I saw it pulling into the auto mall the same time I was on my way to Daytona Nissan to pick it up. When I got to Daytona Nissan I expected the vehicle to be parked in the lot as Charlie mentioned. I went in and spoke with Charlie who confirmed to me that the vehicle was parked and that he would bring it around for me. I had already check the entire lot before even going in to speak with Charlie so I knew it wasn’t there. Charlie came back to me 5 minutes later and said that they still have the vehicle out doing some final checks and I should keep the loner vehicle and they will give me an update. 2hrs later I received a call from another service person who repeated the same information that they cannot recreate the issues with the vehicle, I said okay I’m close by the dealership and asked him let me know when the car is actually on the lot so I may pick it up because I didn’t want to return there just to find out that it actually wasn’t there again. I have yet to hear back from that service person or anyone else from Daytona Nissan. It’s Monday July 12, 2021, still waiting to hear back from Daytona Nissan on the status of the vehicle I purchase more than a week ago. More
They check everything I ask them for. Work is completed in a reasonable amount of time. My tech remembered me and was able to get me in and out quick. in a reasonable amount of time. My tech remembered me and was able to get me in and out quick. More
The service here is horrible. People are rude and the owner is never available to speak with you if you have a problem. Horrible service. I went in after 3days of then having my car and no one calling me owner is never available to speak with you if you have a problem. Horrible service. I went in after 3days of then having my car and no one calling me back. I wanted to speak with Mr. Smith since that's who I initially spoke with but they tell me oh no Mr.Smith works here well who have I been talking with cause the man plainly told me his name was Mr. Smith. The guy then begin to bad moth the service department as if they would make me feel any better. You guys should be a TEAM that only made your company look even more incompetent. Needless to say I have to go back because the service department was closed and they couldn't find my keys. This dealership is such a disappointment and disgrace. More

Beware of this dealer, most likely the worst dealer in the Southeast. I purchased a used, “Certified”, 2018 Maxima. Upon taking deliver I noticed scuffed rims and tires. Don’t worry, they said, we wil the Southeast. I purchased a used, “Certified”, 2018 Maxima. Upon taking deliver I noticed scuffed rims and tires. Don’t worry, they said, we will take care of it. They did nothing, closer inspection showed a nail in the sidewall of the back right tire and a bent rim on the front left. I ended up buying new tires and rims for my “Certified” used car. More
