I tried to make several appts. and was put on hold for a service person for about 20 min several times. Joe was EXTREMELY rude and nasty to me when I tried to ask him some question about the repairs. Replaced batteries in both remote key fobs with less than 14,000 miles on 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. One would not work so dealer service said both must be reprogrammed at a cost of $49.50.
