Replaced batteries in both remote key fobs with less than 14,000 miles on 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. One would not work so dealer service said both must be reprogrammed at a cost of $49.50. While service was being completed I visited Tom Gross, General Manager. He said it costs $200 to obtain a new customer but he would let me terminate my business with them for $49.50. I said thank you and left. The service charge was RIDICULOUS and Mr. Gross's attitude was more RIDICULOUS. More
