I tried to make several appts. and was put on hold for a service person for about 20 min several times. Joe was EXTREMELY rude and nasty to me when I tried to ask him some question about the repairs. Replaced batteries in both remote key fobs with less than 14,000 miles on 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. One would not work so dealer service said both must be reprogrammed at a cost of $49.50. While service was being completed I visited Tom Gross, General Manager. He said it costs $200 to obtain a new customer but he would let me terminate my business with them for $49.50. I said thank you and left. The service charge was RIDICULOUS and Mr. Gross's attitude was more RIDICULOUS. More
