Mark went step by step through the whole process, including the test drive. We drove home in our new car. Two days later we were called to make an appointment for a coating to go on the paint finish. This has already been done and it is really nice. There was a bad storm this afternoon and we went out to see the water beading right off like the whole car is coated with Rainex. This was completed in less time than I was told when dropping the car off. Great Job! Joe Clark was especially helpful. We have known Joe for 10years since we bought the other Outlander. Can't say enough nice things about the dealership, salesman, and service dept. More

They also work efficiently and don’t keep you waiting for hours like I have experienced in other dealerships in the past. New dealership location When I took my car in to have the key fob’s reprogrammed and have the antenna cover replaced the work was done quickly. When I went to my car, the paper floor mats were still in place and plastic was half torn off the seat. I had to clean it out before I left. Maybe I have been spoiled by working with Mike (now at Kia Service). Mike always made sure car was cleaned out and washed!! He always walked us to our car. He made us feel special. My recommendation would be to let Mike train all the service advisors!! I know it was only day 2 of operations there, but I see a lot of opportunity for improvements!! More

Excellent Tech Support Dan resolved a problem that I've had with the bluetooth integration of my new Outlander PHEV and my cell phone. There were known issues with my phone, Dan resolved a problem that I've had with the bluetooth integration of my new Outlander PHEV and my cell phone. There were known issues with my phone, a Galaxy S7, and Mitsubishi's bluetooth system but with perseverance Dan solved the problem and made it so I can now safely use my phone in the vehicle and make and receive calls hands-free with bluetooth rather than a wired connection. The problem had be really getting to me and making my general satisfaction with the Outlander turn to disappointment. I'm now happy with my vehicle thanks to Dan. More
Why does this response require a "title"? My visit to the dealership was to purchase and have installed the Rain Window vents for my Mits. Mirage. I didn't know what the vents would look like but wanted them because of the summer heat so as to be able to leave the windows cracked open a bit to allow for ventilation and the escape of heat building up in the vehicle. I was very surprised when the work was finished and I saw the vents for the first time. The vents were very pleasing to the eye and added to the appearance of the vehicle. The price was within what I had expected so no complaint there as it was important to me to have the vents installed. Happy camper here with the results. More
