Dave Morey met us at the door and showed us a few vehicles but listened to my budget and what I wanted. He showed me a 2015 Mitsibushi Outlander Sport and was very thorough on explaining the features and function of the car being mindful of my major accident. Dave made the process as smooth and as quickly as possible. I would recommend Daytona Kia Mitsibushi to all of my friends and family. More
Excellent deals, excellent service. I purchased a new Mitsubishi Evo MR from Daytona, and I drove almost 2 hrs to do business with them and I must say it was worth it! Meghan gave me I purchased a new Mitsubishi Evo MR from Daytona, and I drove almost 2 hrs to do business with them and I must say it was worth it! Meghan gave me a fantastic deal and went above and beyond to get my business, beating out other dealers in the running. I will definitely do business with them again! Dino, who took care of delivery, was meticulous and willing to answer any question I had, and even set up my phone with the car's bluetooth for me. The customer service was impeccable! To those who commented on not being able to easily test drive an Evo, just realize that there are very limited numbers of them in stock and I, for one, am happy that my Evo was not test driven by every kid out there who wants a joy ride. I am glad that they only allow serious buyers behind the wheel of these beautiful machines. More

However, mainly the service mgr, . I am on my 3rd Mitsubishi and after the last one (an Outlander Sport) I was not about to buy another Mitsubishi. However, mainly the service mgr, Chris who I trust and respect was so hyped up about this vehicle that I did test drive it and the salesman, David, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to trust mainly Chris and take another chance. With the Outlander Sport I had really crappy gas mileage and was never truly happy with it. With less than 300 miles on the Outlander SE I left for a 25 day vacation. This car was everything they said it was and more. I was rear ended on an unmarked country road with the woman that hit me leaving 60 feet of skid marks and totaling her 2000 Nissan. I was going slow as we were approaching a curve and the roads were very hilly. When we heard the noise I hit the brake and she looked at me and said '"What the hell was that?'. We had a cheap round motel ink pen on the dash and it never moved. We never felt a jolt! My car needs only a complete bumper. Nothing was out of alignment. Two 10 inch pieces of duct tape brought me home. My gas mileage was 25mpg in town and 27-28.8 on the hwy and I was loaded! I am so thankful I purchased this car and listened to Chris. It is definitely every thing he said it would be. I went in for a oil change and tires and came out with a new vehicle. Knowing I had 3 days I came home and researched 4 other places and could not find a better deal. Thank you Daytona Mitsubishi! More
Frustrated and Stunned I've never experienced anything so frustrating at a car dealership. They wouldn't allow me or my wife to test drive a car without haggling a price an I've never experienced anything so frustrating at a car dealership. They wouldn't allow me or my wife to test drive a car without haggling a price and running a credit check first. Why would I waste my time haggling over a price, or let them lower my credit score by running it, when I've never even had a ride in the vehicle before??? We were interested in an Evolution to replace our 2011 BMW 335i since it is getting higher mileage and maintenance costs are quite unreasonable. After some research we wanted to look at a Subaru WRX and the Mitsubishi Evolution as a replacement. They were quite rude and very unaccommodating, they just flat out said no drives before we settle on numbers and we run a full credit check. I stated I wouldn't even be financing and they didn't care. I'm a 40yr old professional who makes over 200k / yr with great credit. At the time I was well dressed and driving our $52K truck. Absolutely stunned me to be treated with such little respect. The parking lot setup is so tight we could barely drive our truck through it and hardly any room to park. I will definitely never set foot in this dealership again and will advise my friends to steer clear. More
I tried to make several appts. and was put on hold for a service person for about 20 min several times. Joe was EXTREMELY rude and nasty to me when I tried to ask him some question about the repairs. Replaced batteries in both remote key fobs with less than 14,000 miles on 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. One would not work so dealer service said both must be reprogrammed at a cost of $49.50. While service was being completed I visited Tom Gross, General Manager. He said it costs $200 to obtain a new customer but he would let me terminate my business with them for $49.50. I said thank you and left. The service charge was RIDICULOUS and Mr. Gross's attitude was more RIDICULOUS. More
