My first car! I had a minor accident in July and I really needed a new car. The only thing I would not recommend is buying on a Sunday when the service department is closed. They do the finally look over the car- we had to bring the car back to make sure the tires were inflated correctly, and didn’t get it back for 4 days. While I was unimpressed with that- knowing what I know now and how easy and fast our process was (tire issue not inlcueded) I would most definitely buy a car here again- as long I’m dealing with Keith. What people need is a comfortable experience and someone to more or less help you narrow down your options you’ve already selected. That’s exactly what the two salesmen who worked with me did. Devin and John didn’t pressure me into buying a car I didn’t want, and both tried to get me the best deal the dealership would let me leave with. This was my first dealership experience and I’m happy to say John and Devin made it a good one! More
