Good experience as first time buyer at Daytona Mitsubishi. The gentleman in finance was extremely personable and on top of everything we were required to sign. He, too, was friendly. Meeting the owner of the business, Mr. Nesbitt, was a plus. He stated that he wanted to earn our business which seemed very genuine and I appreciated his humility. Back to Mr. Blair. I forgot several things in my truck that I traded in. Dan was extremely accommodating and retrieved the items and had the waiting for me when I returned. I purchased a set of roof racks for the Outlander Sport the next day and Dan again was instrumental in having the service department take care of me. The gentleman in the service department was also extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

SOMEBODY DOESN'T CARE THIS DEALERSHIP DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS FIRST IMPRESSION TO CUSTOMERS. WHEN I APPROACHED THE SALES ROOM DOORS I WAS OVERWHELMED BY THE STENCH OF CIGAR THIS DEALERSHIP DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS FIRST IMPRESSION TO CUSTOMERS. WHEN I APPROACHED THE SALES ROOM DOORS I WAS OVERWHELMED BY THE STENCH OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. I LOOKED AROUND, BUT NO PERSON WAS VISIBLE, HOWEVER THERE WERE AT LEAST 75 CIGARETTE BUTS ALL OVER THE ENTRANCE AREA AND SEVERAL WERE STILL BURNING. THE FIRST SALES PERSON [I DON'T REMEMBER NAME] THAT APPROACHED ME RANKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE AND I HAD TO ASK HIM TO STEP BACK. AFTER THAT, I HAD TO LEAVE THAT DEALERSHIP BECAUSE I AM ALLERGIC TO THE SMELL SMOKE. I AM IN THE MARKET TO BUY A NEW CAR, SO I'LL HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE.
