Excellent Tech Support Dan resolved a problem that I've had with the bluetooth integration of my new Outlander PHEV and my cell phone. There were known issues with my phone, Dan resolved a problem that I've had with the bluetooth integration of my new Outlander PHEV and my cell phone. There were known issues with my phone, a Galaxy S7, and Mitsubishi's bluetooth system but with perseverance Dan solved the problem and made it so I can now safely use my phone in the vehicle and make and receive calls hands-free with bluetooth rather than a wired connection. The problem had be really getting to me and making my general satisfaction with the Outlander turn to disappointment. I'm now happy with my vehicle thanks to Dan. More

Why does this response require a "title"? My visit to the dealership was to purchase and have installed the Rain Window vents for my Mits. Mirage. I didn't know what the vents would look like My visit to the dealership was to purchase and have installed the Rain Window vents for my Mits. Mirage. I didn't know what the vents would look like but wanted them because of the summer heat so as to be able to leave the windows cracked open a bit to allow for ventilation and the escape of heat building up in the vehicle. I was very surprised when the work was finished and I saw the vents for the first time. The vents were very pleasing to the eye and added to the appearance of the vehicle. The price was within what I had expected so no complaint there as it was important to me to have the vents installed. Happy camper here with the results. More

Awesome My case was complicated because I went with two limitations: 1) A credit affected after been unemployed for the past two years. 2) A low down payment. First new car So after all these years we finely purchased a new car. We went in to the dealership to buy a used Kia Sportage and came out with a new Mitsubishi Ou So after all these years we finely purchased a new car. We went in to the dealership to buy a used Kia Sportage and came out with a new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Our first contact was Mike Tweddle he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that we were looking at. Rita looked over and there was an Outlander on the showroom floor and it was blue so we were off and running. We did some of the financing first and then went for a test drive. The car handled nicely and had a lot of pick up. We headed back to the dealership and met with Chris Acker who had gotten all the numbers together and explained our financial situation. He made us aware of the importance of protecting our investment which we did. Michael and Wayne went through the finishing touches on our new vehicle and we left, another satisfied customer. Good experience as first time buyer at Daytona Mitsubishi. To begin with our sales associate, Dan Blair, was a refreshing change from auto sales people I have encountered in the past when purchasing a car. The gentleman in finance was extremely personable and on top of everything we were required to sign. He, too, was friendly. Meeting the owner of the business, Mr. Nesbitt, was a plus. He stated that he wanted to earn our business which seemed very genuine and I appreciated his humility. Back to Mr. Blair. I forgot several things in my truck that I traded in. Dan was extremely accommodating and retrieved the items and had the waiting for me when I returned. I purchased a set of roof racks for the Outlander Sport the next day and Dan again was instrumental in having the service department take care of me. The gentleman in the service department was also extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
