Top Notch Customer Service & Transparency My Wife and I worked with Bob Horn in our search for a new Outlander GT. We live in NC and have purchased three other vehicles out-of-state (always l My Wife and I worked with Bob Horn in our search for a new Outlander GT. We live in NC and have purchased three other vehicles out-of-state (always looking for best deal), and I will tell you that Bob offered us the best customer service we've experienced in doing so. He was extremely responsive (even outside of work hours), and was very thorough in the information he provided us. He's the only salesman we've worked with who provided us with a written, broken down estimate, with all the important figures provided. He then went out of his way to provide us with links to tax information pertinent to our possible out-of-state transaction. We were actually offered a better out-the-door price by another Mitsubishi dealer in their area (by $150), but we decided we'd pay more to work with Bob and Daytona Mitsubishi because of their level of customer service. That alone is worth the extra $150. Closing thoughts: 1) Mitsubishi is the most under-rated vehicle brand on the market. 2) If you decide to look at Mitsubishi as an option, I can't recommend Daytona Mitsubishi enough - ask for Bob. You will not regret it. More

Repeat customer This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from John at Daytona Mitsubishi. Great guy and we couldn’t be happier with our vehicles. In fact my brother will be coming to purchase his new vehicle from John in about a month. The only problem we had and only with this last visit was outside sales people that didn’t work for the dealership. They had sent mailers out to draw people in and were very pushy and terrible with any kind of math whatsoever, in fact the first numbers that came out was the car over sticker price. Everything went smooth in the end due to John as he’s done 2 previous purchases with my family but those guys made it very uncomfortable we didn’t walk in with some mailer for free whatever they were doing to get people in. We came because of previous experience being great. More
