Excellent service technician. Everything was done according to what technician told. My only concern is the radio replacement didn’t function much better than the one taken out. The CarPlay portion doesn’t work and that is a primary reason for buying the car originally. I certainly would hate to continue owning a car where the navigation function does not work as designed. I have been pleased with Mitsubishi vehicle for well over fifteen years. I would hate to lose the confidence in Mitsubishi over a navigation feature. The bottom line I paid a price for a service and I expect it to last more than two years. I use the navigation system frequently in my travels. I’m paying for it, I expect it to be there for my use.
